I think I'd do a Road Trip "Everyone is out to get them" type movie with like bumbling assassins and goofy mobsters and overly straight man Government agents in the style of Midnight Run with a M Night Shyamalan twist directed by Quentin Tarantino, special effects by Michel Bay.
