Based on the images I've seen on 4chan, they cut up the genitals and stuff the loose skin inside to kinda look like a vagina but the hormones that give you an erection are still present so they get like an uncomfortable feeling whenever they're horny and in ther cases the rectum or anus gets cut up to look like they have a front hole and the prostate is moved forward to resemble the urethra sponge in a woman and it gets infected and bleeds which they call "getting their period."

That's how ****ing detached they are from understanding what a woman is.

Yeah which is a real shame, like Kimber James got her dick cut off, it was a really nice one too, it's like defacing art.
