That's a metaphor, because the actual Action Jackson (Carl Weathers) is a black fella and I don't wanna do any cultural appropriation.

The British word for rubbish is rubbish, meaning trash.

Bollocks is used to express contempt, annoyance, or defiance.

The Dog's Bollocks however, means totally awesome, cool, great.

British for nonsense is piffle, blarney, tripe, drivel, or twaddle.

Of course you have to take in consideration that most of the British I know is Canadian, so there may be differences.
