Two lasers meeting at r and then a third passing through perpendicular at t. Every nation could have figured this out by, and they should have. Yet you hear nothing about it on the news. The secret it figuring the math for using was but fast (fast-weak = strong) to stabilize fusion cylinders. That math I already figured.

Why even go that far when we have our own garbage disposal in our system, the Sun. Fire it into that and turn all that crap into free floating atomic particles.
