Extremes are not ideal I agree, but that's the human body, it comes in all kindsa weird configurations.
Ever watch Man vs Food in the Adam Richmond era? He gained a lot of weight from eating ghost pepper chicken wings and constant binge eating, went on a diet, bragged about losing 50 lbs, and was ripped apart by the Twitter mobs for promoting unhealthy body types..
Like, it's wrong to actually successfully diet and brag about it. What???
Anorexia in the 90's, fat is beautiful now, can't we do anything in moderation?
To be fair you post anything on Twitter and some nitwit will take offense to it.
Like they gave Adele and Rebel Wilson crap for losing weight, they can't do it so they attack those that can to feel better about their own failure.
Moderation doesn't exist in this world now, people are too crazy from media brainwashing.
In school I dated some thin girls, didn't like it one bit, they were pointy and brittle like if you weren't careful you'd break them.
I grew up in farm country and them gals was milk fed strong bones and built to buck bales all day, they had curves and you could like sink into them a bit and get comfy.
It's a bit difficult to find that in trans girls but one is always on the look out.

Reincarnation is the way to go. Give me a 40 year old Amanda Blake.
