So I found a television I like. I have a Sony but will be going with a Toshiba. Is Toshiba just as good? I'll have to go in person to check if I actually like it.

Toshiba make quality TVs, shouldn't have any problems.

Some things are extremely damaging to ones sanity that the brain edits reality itself to ignore it entirely, that ass sounds like just such a thing.

I think that's what old old people face. They get to a level of mentality at such a long age that it damages their psyche.
