I was enjoying Poker Face, the show with Natasha Lyonne, because it has a nice Columbo old school detective vibe...

Anyway episode 3 she decides to shoehorn in a bunch of Liberal buzzwords and it just like put toothpaste in a glass of orange juice... something that just don't taste right.

It's a damn shame too because if that wasn't in there (and it didn't need to be it was purely added to piss off Conservatives) it would have been a perfect episode, clever and interesting.

It's this petty little shit that always get added into the stew that sours the taste, I really wish Liberals didn't do it all the damn time. At the same time I wish Conservatives weren't such royal cocksuckers about everything.

See I can relate to both sides but at the same time I hate everything about them for their motherfricking pettiness.

I love Columbo. Never seen the show but for sure will look at it. Most shows today have a political agenda in the backdrop. If you watch any American movie or Foreign, they have one thing in common. They all promote their nation--talk about capitalism at it's best. I was recently watching a Russian film and apparently Moscow is the center of the Universe. And it makes you wonder why all these movies are trying to promote?

One way to get a broad message to the masses is in popular movies and other media, used to work great until the Internet opened up access to foreign press like the BBC and Al Jazeera. They got to work a lot harder to keep the masses enthralled with their propaganda.

I feel like I would totally be susceptible to buying or believing in something. Fuvk you dont need to hypnotize me, I am already looking to join a cause.

I would literally buy The Stuff. Have you seen that movie?

Why do women today connect nudism as total liberation? Why do women feel they need to pose nude to find themselves, than post it online for the world to see and be proud of it--as if we want to see it?

Missed it, I was probably distracted by Rambo II, Goonies, a 007 movie, Lifeforce, Police Academy II, Back to the Future, Ladyhawke, etc.

Nothing agaisnt LGBTQ but I feel its created a movement of gen Z who are all about representation. We created a generation where kids get desensitized from comments made by strangers, and than they kill themselves.

Horror is a genre that I can't just go watch whenever, I have to be in the right mood.

I can't even remember the last horror I watched, it's that rare.

It also looks like a grade C type low budget movie and I despise those.

I think the one that terrified me the most was Jaws, we were living in the Philippines in '76 and there was a campout at a beach near the Navy base, so they set up a movie theater and showed Jaws, I was 6 and super hyped to watch a movie with the adults, and it lit an existential fear in me that lasts to this day I will not go out into the ocean, no thank you no way not going to happen.

A close second was Friday the 13th Part 2, saw that in '81 and for years any time I had to ride my bike home in the dark I was hauling extra amounts of ass so the maniacs couldn't get me.

I just had the biggest panic attack my chest is still hurting. I was trapped in the elevator and the elevator fell one floor. I started taking off all my clothes I couldn't breath. I called management, called 911, called the ambulance. 😆 😮
