Ever read Legion of Superheroes? I read this one where normal Darkseid works with end of time Darkseid to reboot the timeline in his own image. Only afrer nearly all of time is erased, normal Darkseid stabs future Darkseid in the back. And then his lackey says "Good work master! So what now?"

To which Darkseid's eyes gradually bug out and he says "...I..do not know."

Timeline continues to collapse around them.

This scene is how I imagine real life Game of Thrones played out. I think all our current leaders got their positions by nepotism, and they all ****ed over their own families who had a plan and now none of them know what to do next.

I own every LoSH comics, minus a few here and there when I couldn't get to my comics shop, or they were sold out. Trying to track down the missing ones is a tiny bit expensive so I only do it once in a while.

I think my Legion comics are in a box in storage in my Sister's town, maybe, hard to keep track of all the storage places I probably should have been more organized but sometimes moving requires speed and efficiency not detailed filing.

I thought it was a product of the times myself, Giffen had this "Watchman" vibe that virtually everyone applied to everything in that era. L.E.G.I.O.N. and 5YL had a very similar look and feel to it. Very different from Levitz that's for sure.

Good choices. TGD was really the only well handled Darkseid, every other appearance was kind of disappointing.

As for 5YL, was pretty confusing when Superman met them after meeting Levitz era only six months or a year before. I wish they did more with Laural Gand or Kent Shakesphere (Who looked like a Clark Kent). Did like the Mon El stuff.

Superman varients in the 60s & 70s was pretty bonkers.
