Hot Take: I think Jon Hamm would be a good Hal Jordan Green Lantern.

No more superhero movies please! Jon Hammwould be good in anything

Unfortunately, superhero movies still make more money than regular movies.

Until every single character has been thoroughly milked dry there will be more.

I do think Michael Keaton can do at least 2 more Batman movies.

Maybe even introduce Batman Beyond into the DCU.

Bring back Mighty Mouse or Howard the duck

You do realize hes far from what he use to be. I believe he is working on Beetlejuice 2?

Yes well, if Harrison Ford (80 years old) can do more Indiana Jones movies then Michael Keaton (71) can do batshit.

That's why Hollywood employs stuntmen to do action-y things for actors.

These dumb kids today have no idea who Mighty Mouse even is.

And Howard has been in Guardians of the Galaxy so he's fine.

A digital scale said my weight is 188.. Same scale said 193 a day or two ago. Six weeks ago was 197 or so.

Feeling fatigued, could be lack of sleep. Six hours used to be enough though.

All I know is cancer screening in the US sucks, many have no symptoms until you start losing weight and feeling tired, and then it's too late.

Do not compare Harrison Ford to Beetlejuice.

And that's why all stuntmen have a career expectancy of a fish.

Everything is Hollywood is fake, reproduced overrated version of someone's elses hard work.

That is why I stick to foreign movies because they are the only real source for original content

I wasn't comparing quality content, I was comparing ages.

That's the job, they knew the risks when they signed up.
They're all thrill-seeking adrenaline junkies anyway.

Well if you like culturally irrelevant stories that make little sense with low budgets across the board...
Then by all means go foreign.

Ageism is a real thing. Once you hit a certain age you are useless to society.

The job is not meant to kill or cut someone else's life short. Thats like saying the social class do not have to put in the hard work, they can just pay someone else to do the hard work for them and come in at the last minute. Heard of CGI?

So there are other countries in this world besides America or Canada. That's just being culturally insensitive to think that no other country could produce a great idea or original content

Dont say it

I was trying to be encouraging. Meaning you enjoy those movies because you don't have cultural hangups like I do.

I cannot watch an Indian movie written directed and acted with the social-cultural-way of Indian thinking, because I can't imagine ever being Indian.

When I watch a movie I immerse myself in the protagonist or story or that universe, if I can't then it breaks me right out of it, happens with Asian movies, Anime, Tele-novellas etc.

It's a me problem.

And I'm too old and set in my ways to change.

I like how everything is.

More or less.

Couldn't help it.

Another thought: They could have used Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness to introduce Marvel characters to DC ones, that scene where they're tumbling through different universes one of them could have been DC and Superman could have said "What the heck was that?!". Missed opportunity.
