You need a dietitian. You need a good detox and maybe even a trip to the nutritionist, so that they can come up with a healthy meal plan.
I cant remember the last time I cooked in oils. I barely eat processed foods now. And cut sugar and drink a lot of lemon + ginseng water after my meals. I cut out red meat. I stick to chicken only. I haven't had dairy in years. I buy mostly other alternatives and now I am into fermentation and healthy gut bacteria.
Stop eating dangerous foods. Eat more greens and raw veggies.

The funny thing is Easy Rider is still considered a classic, even though it promotes that very culture.
I do agree with you, the real problem is selective punishment. They weaponize it and only use it against people on their shite list, the same way the Mafia corrupts officials so they can take them down later by exposing the bribes they give them.
