Meanwhile I'm literally freaking out any time I drop weight and never gain much.

I used to be 203 lbs less then half a year ago. Now I fluctuate between 177 and 181. I notice if I wank it slowly for six or more hours that seems to burn calories.

But porn stars are all fat so that can't be.

Pretty thin slim, I went from 220 to 310 and back multiple times.

Sitting at 225 right now, thanks to the treadmill a lot of that is muscle again.
