Bit of saturday morning cartoon nostalgia innit.

I used to plan my whole saturday out, and I always tried to get to bed at a sensible time so I could get up super early... that's effort.

Well when you are of a certain age it's all downhill from there

I'll tell ya what, if anyone had told me in the 70s that in the future there would be quite a few channels of nothing but cartoons 24/7 I probably would have fainted.

Physical therapy is almost over and I can sort of walk with a cane now, still a little unsteady but working on it every day.

Why don't you get a walker

I do have a walker and a wheelchair and a bigger deluxo wheelchair.

I was using the walker, I graduated to the cane, someday I may not even need that.

Let's hope so. I think we will all need those things.

My aunt works in medical supply, she gets me all my gear.

Which reminds me I'm going to have to get a new CPAP machine soon.

What I really need is one of those cryo units from Aliens, sleep until medical science can fix the ravages of old age, or cloning becomes perfected.

My neighbor just died last week. I just found out, he was so young and I remember seeing him last week. We talked in the elevator and he told me find peace. Now I feel like he knew he was going to die

I just got done with Ripley, that was amusing.

TV is a vast wasteland of DEI + bad writing + wokeness now.

Best time in history to develop other hobbies.
