I think you are confusing the pharmaceutical companies with the community health care system. There are regulations that hospitals must adhere to. It has to do with insurance regulations and cost of individual procedures.

I just came back. I am not sure if I was diagnosed correctly. So far it's helping my gut issues and penis but not my backside
