It's not that easy. American culture supports the Jewish efforts because it's mainly run by Jewish led politicians. Not to mention wars are not just about fighting. Do you think a country helps another country just for the fun of it? No, it's about adjusting trade agreements, trading goods, stealing resources and gaining wealth--plus establishing yourself with the big players.

I just woke up at 3:45.
Ever since I went inpatient for my eating disorder I’ve gotten up early and went to bed early.
I use to be going to bed at this time.
I hear you, I go to bed by 8😛m but it doesn't actually mean I am asleep. I don't eat during that time because I like to give my stomach a break. I do intermittent fasting and when I wake up I eat natural foods. I also had an eating disorder but that was in my tweens--turned out to be allergic to dairy products, eggs, strawberries, other fruit that we're upsetting my stomach. And I tend to read a little before I go to bed.

Or maybe it’s because we are getting old. I don’t know. Haha. If I go to an event or friends party I’ll maybe stay up till midnight if I can push through.
I feel you on the allergic to dairy. Sucks because I absolutely love cheese and yogurt.
I try not to eat when I go to bed. I have a habit of watching movies or shows or YouTube videos before bed, and sometimes I catch myself snacking on some yogurt or pecans. I hate eating anything after breakfast. Especially so late at night.
My eating disorder developed when I was a tween as well. Then I over ate and stayed overweight for a couple of years before relapsing in 2010.
I’m doing better than I was before inpatient. But not necessarily where I’d like to be in my recovery.
