brown waffles..... ermm

Chocolate maybe? Or whole wheat?

I haven't had cereal in an age, but I am getting sick of scrambled eggs and omelets.

I haven't had eggs in decades. Allergic apparently

But I remember them well 🤣. So delicious and tasty. So cheesey and creamy. Mmmm 😋

I started the whole steak & egg thing for a high protein diet after my neck surgery to rebuild all the stuff they tore out. Worked like a charm. But now I'm going to diversify my brekkie with pancakes and cereal and whatever.

Yikes what they take out 😧

cereal is good. British cereal, not that American crap.

What is British cereal

What's Weetabix

Vertebrae and calcium deposits. In order to do that they had to peel all the muscles away from the bone and in doing there was a little loss of material.

But I did get a neat little surgical steel framework screwed in place so I beep at the airport.

Calcium deposits can be a sign of cancer.

Titanium I'm sure.

I'm getting old myself. My hairs turning white and wrinkles are getting deeper

Mostly organic with low sugar content, fruits and nuts and some sort of grain, lots of fiber boy that'll get things moving.

Around the spinal column these deposits form where there has been damage, and I've fvcked up my back several times since childhood so I'm prone to them.

I tend to agree, American cereal has got way too much sugar in it, there's extremely little nutrients in it and the vitamins they do add aren't something the body wants, and they market it to little kids who at that time need natural healthy shit to grow, it's like they're sabotaging them for the Medical Industrial Complex.

My favorite but I tend to buy organic cereal when I see it, like granola
