They have so many people that only a few will rise to the top and the rest will just be 'there' some dumb farmer toiling away like they have for thousands of years. Stupid people breed like demon rabbits because they have nothing better to do and that just makes a gargantuan population of wasted potential.
It's good to remember we don't battle billionaires no matter how crazy they are, the real enemies are powers and principalities, things not of this world but are put in charge of it for a time. The dark influencers, the puppetmasters that pull the strings of powerful people, an eldritch demon from beyond the beginning of time with a massive hard on for all humanity's souls.
At least, that's what I was told in my younger years. Who the fvck knows.
