Yes... and I am not sure where the assumption that the cave has a back door comes from!

(NOT A BACK DOOR@@@@ GRRRRRRRRRRR I can't explain.....i would go AROUND the cave....(even the mountain) and find another way in to rescue the hostages.....(the same entrance...different...less likely to get caught ..angle)

'Back door' was not literal, AA. Why do you asusme the cave has any other point of entry at all? And if it does have one, why assume it is unguarded? And if it is, why would the captives be kept there? If there was another way in, wouldn;t you keep them in the middle?

(you aren't gettting it.......instead of going straight downt he middle to the cave I would ride fastly and go around the mountain....coming out on the same entrance side....just the other side....... The orcs would be looking to the left or right...and i would be coming from the opposite direction.)

there is no back nothin.....aka hole in ground covered with rocks..

Errr, you can approach the cave entrance from any direction you like, AA... you don't need to ride around the mountain for that...

Well, there are a LOT of you so I have to up the bad guys. But numbers don't work without planning.

That said, this is not meant to be a lethally dangerous encounter.

(((then maybe we should just charge in 😂 nah jes kidding, but all the plans we came up with till now has more failures than advantages 🙁 hey Ush ease things up for us will ya? 😉)))

Don't lose surprise by messing around before you strike, that is what I will say.
