I guess I am a bit behind Argentis as he is a better rider, but close at least 😄.I'll use the javelin to throw it over the wall when I have the chance..

((And if you hit someone in the fortress...The soldiers on the walls shall see the flashlight for sure. And if the orcs already saw us I think there is any problem casting the flashlight now))
((Revan: Yes, Reading last posts we are riding not to far from Argentis))
Corlindel is prepared to slay the nearest orc who comes closer Durazor
Ok then! Well, as soon as Palidan shines the light towards Baranar... well, first of all that alerts all the Orcs in the vicinity but that is less of a problem than it was before, that setback having already happened...
A sentry calls out from the walls, and Baranar himself rushes up to the battlements and looks out into the night.
"Alert the gatehouse!" he orders. "And get some things that will burn down there!"
Ok, the players in Baranar can now act.
Can I have a definitve idea of how each player outside is getting in? I need to check no-one is missed.

Ush, won't it be a dangeorus idea to open the gatehous ? If the orcs come pouring in, we might not be able to close it, the fortress might be overrun... Maybe we could throw some ropes over the walls for them to climb instead ?
You have a very good point, the problem is that doing so would presumably mean leaving our horses for the orcs to kill... And I spent a good bit of money on my horse...
