Eliara sat in silence. She was intrigued by the old wizard, otherwise known as Gandalf. She had always enjoyed it when he came to Rivendell, though it had been quite awhile since she had seen him last.
I wonder........if I shall offer my bow to this Glorfindel, to help aid him in the fight. I then may learn the ways of man.... She thought.
Or maybe I shall give him a parting gift to replace my not journeying with them, thus I would stay at Rivendell for a bit more....I may perhaps be needed more here. She also thought.
Eliara looked around the table. She smiled at the alliances that were occuring. She liked the elf/human partnership. Her eyes met Gandolf's grey eyes and she bowed her head slightly.
She spoke in elven tongue to Gandalf. (ooc:he can understand it right???)
"Welcome once again Mithrandir." (this is what she had said in elvish)
"Well, welcome, Eliara Half-Elven!" says Gandalf. "You are in illustrious company today. There is much for you to listen to.
"I think everyone here should hear the story of Arvedui. It is very relevant to these proceedings."
At Baranar, Lord Baranar comes onto much the same subject- he says to understand why Arvedui has asked for this eemingly impossible alliance, you must hear a little of his history first.
Now, have peope well understood everything so far? If so, I can move onto Arvedui, and the last peice of the current situation will be in place.
Corlindel stays in silence waiting for Mithrandir to tell Arvedui story, looking to him and to Glorfindel. He saw many times Mithrandir having long talks with Cirdan in Mithlond, and now Corlindel feels honoured to share Middle-Earth destiny with so inportant person. But the target of Corlindel interest is Glorfindel who was subject of the stories and memories of his father Tirgon when this one was at the citadel of Gondolin. Glorfindel the "Balrog slaughter" always was a education reference to Corlindel and he know that he would follow that Noldor Lord till the fortress of Angmar if the Noldor Lord wanted to. By otherside Corlindel watches with surprise the Glorfindel's golden hair so peculiar and different from the dark haired Noldors he knew before. He must have Vanyar blood for sure..Thinks Colindel.

That's a questionable reference about the Balrog so be careful.
I'll update with Arvedui later on...
Ceren approached the metting place on a white steed. He dismounted form the horse and looked onto his surroundings. Walking to the front, he began to wonder if he had made it in time. He had been in the woods for a while although he was a native of Rivendell. He looked about and found hisway around.
(Hey Ush, should i just walk into the meeting?)
