It is possible that Neo has a dream in the beginning of Revolutions, but I believe that Trinity will be the basis of this dream. MAybe Trinity will run into Smith, and she will get cloned (become Smith), and this is why Smith is laughing...BUt, both other movies have started with Trinity, and i believe that the same will go here.

What’s Smith doing in the Oracle’s kitchen? The most plausible explanation I’ve read is, that he’s just taken her over and realises “something.” As it says in the Production Notes on the Matrix homesite, Smith’s ego is becoming more and more dominant. In a way he’s becoming more and more human.

Also, good point about Trinity starting off the two other movies. If I didn’t know how Revolutions would start/continue/end, I would have said that’s a very smart (likely) outcome. But wait, let me guess, you don’t believe me because I’m new and how the hell would I know and what evidence do I have? To be honest, I don’t have any. All you have to go by is the fact I’m new and outspoken and these traits are usually the characteristics of a spammer. I guess that means you can believe what you want until November.

That was unexpectedly polite. I'm surprised, which isn't to say I'm not flattered, because I am. That's sweet.
