Originally posted by Revan Souer Laurel, I would like to say sorry if you found my "Frenchy" comment some how racist, thou I don't think that would be the right word in this situation. Yet I could be wrong. I was atcually refering to that Hollywood at the moment doesn't seem to see French people as, Hero's. It take it you would class Gambit as that. Maybe because of the whole iraq war thing but who knows, take POTO a film set in France but not one French actor. This might be because they can't act or more than likely the US hates France and to be totally honest so does alot of the rest of the world. Personnally I don't care either way. As for me being throwm of this thread it seems as if this page needs people like me who don't have the same view as everyone else or it would just have 256pages of Gambit is so cool. Nice but boring to read as I said its a debate as such you need two sides or its just a$$ kissing 😛
that was... interesting. what
is with you and french people? never mind, i don't want to know. you do know that cajuns aren't neccessarily french. i'm cajun, and i'm irish too (with the red hair and green-blue eyes and all). cajun's more a location thing than a race. it's the creoles that are a race, the french, the spaniards, and the louisiana natives (indians). cajun's french dialect is just a part of the culture. and cajuns like gambit have absolutely nothing to do with france. so if you're going to be racist, and yes, that word DOES apply here, at least do it right. and thanks for your attempted 'aplogy'. i am so terribly sorry if i hurt your feelings or in any way humiliated you. debates are all and fine. but someone needs to give you a schooling in doing it right. until later, chere, keep out of trouble. i'll no doubt hear from you again soon. and thank you to all my fellows, i love all of you guys, and your support is appreciated greatly. love to all! (this means you, too, revan, if you can debate without being such a butthead for once). see you guys!
