You know you're obsessed when...

You know you're obsessed when you watch/talk about LOTR so much that your little sister wakes you up in the morning by jumping on you and yelling "My Precioussssssssssssss!!!!!" and then she crawls on all fours around you until you wake up.

Ooooh! ive done alot of these!!! EXPECIALLY at work! lol!

your obsessed if your very fascinated with elves, and start to walk slowly as one..wearing a gown that drags on the floor and a hand made headpiece on your head that you call your elven headpiece- *coughs* me me...and ohh! OHH! *raises hand* ME!!! I do that now, so many times, i happen to have long gown pajamas that drags on the floor and i made a headpiece that i call my elven headpiece, and i tend to walk slow like they do...so gracefully, i swear by everyday i think my ears are getting more pointy like elf ears! LOL im weird i know! BUT IM OBSESSED!!

lol ive done the talk lines from the movies in sleep thing, mom told me the other morning that she heard me go "FOR FRODO!!!!" really loud and i screamed, like in a battle scream! HAHAHAHAHA!

And at work..ive had lotr character moments, ive stopped dead in my tracks and look out the window and go "red sun rises..blood as been spilt on this night!" and ive said while we were doing a little meeting and talking about beers, ive said "they come in pints? im getting one!" and got up and went to the other part of the bar, people looked at me strangely and i acted all innocent and went "what? im only having a pippin moment!!"

And i am very protective of all my lotr stuff, expecially my One Ring, its MY burden, its my task to keep ahold of...mine MY OWN! precious! lol! I am veryyy protective of it, if i let someone see it, i keep an eye on them and their every move with it, until they give it back, lol, im corrupted by that thing, i wear it all the time!

Lol im so obsessed...i do almost anything related to lotr!

Haha, I'm so protective of my One Ring, I start talking like Gollum to any one who asks to see it (Ex: No, sneaky hobbitses!!! It's mine! My own....my preciousss....) and that usually scares them off 😛 I wear my Ring all the time (on my neck, of course, or else I'd be invisible 🙄 of course), so I get asked all the time if so-and-so can see it or wear it or whatever. And a lot of my friends are like "ooh, can I try it on? I wanna be invisible!" very sarcastically cause they don't think it'll actually turn them invisible. But I always reply "No, it only works for me, when I want it to" cause they always say "You try it on, then. Why don't you become invisible?" *sigh* Foolish humans 🙄

hahahahahahahahaa i do that all the time too!!!! its so funny, i wore it to a restaurant, and the server saw the one ring and asked what it was, and i was like: its the one ring..the one ring to rule them all, my burden!! and he asked to see it and i said: ehh sure but not for long, its my precious! so he was looking at it, and i was watching him like a hawk while he was looking at it, then he gave it back, and i was like: SNEAKY LITTLE HOBBIT!! ITS MY PRECIOUSSSSSS! GOLLUM GOLLUM!

my friend was in a fight once
and i jumped in between them both and shouted 'you shall not pass'

then i turned to my friend and asked if he wanted to fight the guy...he said no, so i gave aragorns 'he has gone unchallenged for long enough' line....turned round and hit the guy

i wore my one ring to my ap english test yesterday for good look, and as my friends and i were walking in i said 'ride now, ride to ruin, and the world's ending' and one was like wtf, the other's like 'you're soooo obsessed' and i said 'damn straight'
