Final Fantasy 7 : Advent Children (Movie)

At times in the movie, I really thought that the characters looked real.

Well, that was their intent 😉 Yeah, they really did. Other times, not so much. But realism shouldn't be what they aim for, story is what we want ✅

yeh, there was a cid in the first ff movie, he was the one who save Aki, and made her the thing that trapped the phantom

Hey, it says that this movie comes out in summer in Japan, doesnt the summer of japan start June-July somewhere? and if it does shouldnt the movie come out at the end of this year around the world dubbed?

Speaking of spirits within.. I stumbled across this on the net... do you think this is official squaresoft or was it fanmade?

Spirits within was exactly an FF plot and thats most likely why people think it didnt make a good movie, since there was no gameplay in between the cutscenes. Also, there was a Dr. Sid with an 's' but nonetheless there was a cid. Another thing to point out is I believe almost every final fantasy fan saw this movie at least once

i never think SW is a bad movie,it just they made the movie too short and the theories are too complicated,people when watching it should first understand the whole theories of it then they can begin to enjoy it. people don like it because it doesnt have the characteristics of final fantasy series. maybe square shouldnt put the final fantasy title for it. the Spirits Within title would be just fine

i understood the theory behind but i still thought the movie brought about alot of in justice

i heard in an interview, they were asking about the old characters and he said some thing like, every one would be dissapointed if they werent in it, so i think they all are, atleast for a little bit

anywho.. I was browsing some of the dvd screenshots at advent.net and this one really caught my eye.. cloud looks pretty realistic. Strangely enough he seems to look just a tad different when the camera isnt that close to his face... O_o
