Jeren'Toc seems a littrle confused about the question and therms like 'amphibious'; he says that his people are how they are and he sees nothing wrong with that.
He does not know what you mean by the Force but he points out that yes, obviously everyone from his race has these powers.
Which means, as all of you quickly realise, that this race is potentially the most powerful in the Galaxy. If Kuylen takes over these people, he will have an army that will defeat the Jedi inside a single day!
These people seriously need help- without the sort of guidance and training you people have had, they fall to the Dark Side with immense ease. Little wonder Kuylen controls them so!
As for Legentd, they can tell you no end of fairy stories about the Galactic wars of old inside the Galaxy (which science dictates is uninhabitable so it made a good place for myth to come from) between the Sith and the Jedi, the champions of evil and good, who wielded powers like the Zeitonians but with a skill and flair that went beyond imagining
They are all apocryphal tales of battles and death; the Jedi come first and then the Sith come to contest the world, and neither side will give up. There is no clear statemet on the victor, and only one name sticks in the Legends- the great and powerful Demnos, leader of the Sith.
