Rah, the buildings are metallic. Sabotage isn't quite your style- if only Wraith or Jolanta were here!

They might have surrendered, Wraith- if they understood you. Besides which, Chion leaves none alive.

"We want to get going quickly!" says Jolanta. "I can't be setting explosives with ten dozen people blasting away at me!"

It is about five minutes from here to the tunnels.

Galder, like the other Lieutenants, Gar'Veran is maintaining a pretence of sitting on the Council until the full battle is joined.

Still, you guys seem to be blasting these policemen away easily enough! But something is wrong. No additional forces seem to be coming.

well, i don't want the shield to completely suround me...we sort of form a circle...they shoot and i cut.

So noted! But these policemen are toast, with so many concentrating fire on you. And you are out of opponents.

"Maybe if Wraith or Jolanta were here, Rah," Galder replies in the comlink, taking cover in a building. "But soemthing's wrong..."

"General Kuylen, I sense something is wrong," he says into the comlink. "They aren't sending any additional forces to aid what we are fighting now. We've almost completely finished them..."

(Also, I'm trying to get General Kaliero back in the game, and I've sent him some major updates and tidbits about Zeiton and such. So, if he decides to get back in the action, expect him.)

"Then let's move, Jolanta!" Wraith says, charging out of the room and towards the tunnels, the other Dark Jedi and the soldiers in tow.

awh, hell..no targets? then i'd best not worry myself with them. Takuan keeps his men firing on the rest of them...

"Galder. Takuan." Rah says into his comlink "With the opposition here gone maybe we should go find a better populated area and get back to causing trouble."
Rah gathers his troops "Well done you fought well and hard thus we were victorious, keep this up and you wil stand by me at the mausoleum!"
Rah leads his men to a more populated area, a meeting place or something like that.

Well, people are pretty much staying indoors. And this area is as populated as you can get, it is a major distrct! You can destroy property, burn things, kill people, but no-one is coming to stop you!

"Damn..." says Kuylen, by comm. "This Elder is a very dangerous opponent. He's willing to let the city burn rather than do what we want him to. Keep up the pressure, that's all I can say for now. I'll be on my way with those weapons in ten minutes."

Wraith, you all dash- well, Chion more lumbers- through the city streets, to the very edge of the vast underground chamber the city is housed in, and the transit tunnels.

Fully fifty defenders protect it, behind cover, and expecting you...

"this can't be quite so easy....we must be careful, you've done well so far."
says Takuan to his men

"Damn..." Wraith says. He plucks a grenade from his belt and hurls it over the cover. "Blow them away, soldiers!" he hollers at the top of his lungs.

Wraith, there is a very low pitched noise from somewhere, and your grenade explodes in mid air.

Then about half the front rank of your men is knocked over!

Oh dear, they have some BIG kinetic weapon behind that barricade... it just fired over a huge area!

"Shit shit shit..." Wraith mutters to himself. "I have to do everything myself..."

Wraith ignites his blue and green lightsaber and charges at the barricade. He leaps up to avoid any incoming fire, and lands behind a barricade. He slashes for the Zeitonians legs and jabs at them once they are on the ground. He keeps low, his back to the next barricade, in case the big kinetic gun fires at him. He unholsters his pistol and holds it aiming straight up, in case the Zeitonians pop over and fire. He waits for the kinetic gun to fire again until leaping up and over the next barricade, delivering some solid blows with the butt of his pistol and firing a few shots to finish them off.

Now, that's the kinda moving I like to see... shots fly past you as you sail through the air, cutting down opponents as you land. And one thing you can count on is perfect timing... you leap the enxt barricade, and are adjacent to the big field piece...

Chion is a whirling assortment of death on the right flank of the defenders. Jolanta is having difficulty advancing. Your troops are trying to move forwards...

(I wonder what effect having a cannon like that on our side would have... 😄 )

(Maybe we should... aquire it! ✅ )

Rah takes advantage of this quiet moment to let his troops take a quick rest. "Regroup, I've got a feeling something big's about to happen so keep on your toes, be prepared for anything!"
Rah uses the time to reach out with force to sense where any immeadiate threats will come from.

Galder joins Rah, ordering his men to kill anyone that they see that is not in league with them.

"I doubt it. The Elder is withholding his forces, it seems. Like he knows what we're doing." Galder sits, taking a breather. "I love my skills. I still haven't been hit..."

Kuylen choses this moment to turn up, with enough weapontry to arm all your forces.

"What's the situation?" he asks.

"We've just about killed everyone with a gun firing at us," Galder reports. "My men are wrapping everything up."

(Dak told me he'd try to get back into the game, joining Rah and me with the rioting.)
