Mobil Ave, Hel Club, and Neo
Ok... I just went through just about everything I have on revolutions (including all twelve of the previews to Reloaded, scouring them for the Revolutions tid bits that they had, And the scripts to both movies, And Enter the Matrix, And every pertinent pic I could find... yeah yeah, I know I know). Well, I came up with a few things. So... here goes it. *deep breath*
LOOP!! He's stuck there in a doggone loop. Like a never ending while loop, for loop, or do loop (I think someone might have suggested this before too). Whatever kind it is doesn't matter. The idea is just symbolic. What matters is To a computer, a Loop is a great place to trap something. Ok, if you've programed before you might be following this, and if not just let me know and I'll explain loops in Simple terms. Ok, Sooo... Neo's in a loop. The train station, a subway train, it all seems to fit with the idea too. Subways travel in closed loops. Cycling over and over.... ok ok, so he can't get out. You got that part. Well that's where Mero is keeping Neo. Not Hel Club. Trin, Morp, and Seraph all go to Hel Club to confront Mero but then have to get to the Loop to rescue him. This is after talking to the Oracle. *calm down... slow down... deep breath. Speak clearly now*
(Help trailer> 0:00 to 0:08)
Trinity: Do you know what happened to Neo?
Oracle: All I can tell you is that your friend needs your help. He needs all OUR help. (emphasis added)
So off they go to Hel Club. *Also, it's worth noting that the Oracle says OUR help, which makes me think she IS on our side. Other evidence that shes on our side is ETM where she says it more directly.
(Enter the Matrix> Speech with Niobe and Oracle)
Oracle : The Merovingian warned me that if I made a certain choice, it would cost me. He is, among other things, a man of his word.
Niobe : What was the choice?
Oracle : The same one you yourself will have to make -- the choice to help Neo or not.
Sooo, into Club Hel (that's the third time I've said they go in 😛 ). They go right on in, guns drawn. (Final Trailer for Revolutions> 0:41 to 0:43 shows them surrounded/confronted and about to be taken to Mero) They are brought to Mero. Trin and gang talk to him and Persephone.
(Super Bowl trailer for Reloaded> 0:35 to 0:45)
Trinity: You give me Neo or we all die, right here, right now.
Mero: You are ready to die for this man?
More discussion. Then Mero makes his move. The famous phrase:
(Final Trailer for Revolutions> 0:42 to 0:48)
Mero: Bring me the eyes of the oracle... and then I will give you back your saviour.
*Actually, I believe he says this Before the we-die-right-here-right-now speech. Why? Because Trinity definitely puts the gun to his head. But, while the Mero is giving His little arrogant demand he's sitting calmly in his chair with a martini in his hand (or whatever drink it may be). Sooo, I think That was first, more talking ensues, a little fighting, gun flies into the air, trin catches it, points it to the head of mero (which reminds me of "dodge this" ~ Matrix> on top of building. Said to agent. hehehe). Trin says her line that I wrote before, and sometime after that Persephone says:
(Help trailer> 0:25 to 0:26)
Persephone: If she has to she'll kill every one of us.
Trinity: Believe it.
Big battle ensues. These are the fight scenes that are in the dungeon looking areas we see. Well that's what I call it, but it's the place with the pillars and the people running on the ceiling. Ok... That looks cool. Very cool. I believe the fight with the underground parking lot fits in here too (you know, where Seraph does that spinning jump kick to that guys face, and Trinity comes from behind that guy, grabs his gun, and kicks his... you got it, face!) Ok... So after all the face kicking... They go to rescue Neo.
Meanwhile... back in the Loop. Neo wakes up next to Rama Kandra's daughter. We know that Rama and his wife are the people who sold the Oracle's termination codes to the Merovingian. This we get from ETM:
Ghost: Can you tell me what happened to you?
Oracle: Two programs that I trusted sold the termination code of my original shell to the Merovingian.
Ghost: Why did they do that?
Oracle: For love. For the life of their child.
Ghost: You knew about it, and yet you let it happen?
Oracle: I had to.
Ghost: Why?
Oracle: Because the child is important. I can't tell you why, but I believe one day, the child will change both our world and your world forever.
*And for those of you who didn't catch Rama in Reloaded, he was that strange guy being led OUT at the same time Neo and crew were heading IN to see the Merovingian (you might remember him by the funny little matrix-y sound when Neo looked at him).
Now there is a lot less to go on from here, so there is a lot more that I'll be infering. It appears that Neo wakes up on the floor (International Trailer> 0:00 to 0:08). He then sits up, and boom, there's the little girl like I said (Final trailer for Revolutions> 0:38 to 0:39). He soon meets the whole family (picture on official Matrix website), and I'm sure a lot of things are explained. We'll probably learn a lot here. Ahh, now it's worth pointing out that Rama is in the Loop too. Mero is keeping him trapped there. Hmmm. Maybe that is where he was sending him when we saw him get kicked out of the restaraunt. Well, either way, the Mero is keeping him at this point. So, he threatens them in order to get the termination codes to the Oracle's shell, then he throws them into the Mobil Ave Limbo Loop. That dirty little bastard! Nom de Dieu de putain de bordel de merde de saloperie de connard d'enculé de ta mère! Go wipe with that why don't ya!
Well, it appears that the Mero decides to do -- i dunno, Something -- with Rama and his family, because along comes the train, and you see them in front of it with their bags packed (Final Trailer for Revolutions> 0:43 to 0:44). I doubt he's getting ready to 'let them go' but that's beside the point. Now, as for the bum dude. He seems to be keeping Neo from getting on the train and ensuring that the Kandra's family gets on it. He decks Neo (Final Trailer for Revolutions> 0:44 to 0:45). Neo looks up pitifully (Final Trailer for Revolutions> 0:47 to 0:48). This, of course, spells bad news. Neo got hit. And apparently he can't fight the same if he even got hit at all. This probably has to do with being in Limbo. I can't say how much of a fight will then ensue, but in the end, Neo is still in the Loop, and I imagine the family is taken away. Why do I think Neo is in the Loop still? Because Trinity comes and rescues him there. Why do I think the family is gone? Because Neo wasn't able to save himself, so I don't think he could have saved them.
Ok, so after a certain amount of movie time Trinity makes it into the Loop to rescue Neo. She sees him and takes off her shades (International Trailer> 0:10 to 0:11). She runs to him, and they embrace *sorry korri* (International Trailer> 1:13 to 1:14). They kiss... *sorry again* (International Trailer> 1:09). And Yay, he's safe. Love conquers all. Now he's only got to get out, fly to 01, while he's blowing up sentinel bombs, confront the Speak machine, plug in, beat Smith, all while Zion is fighting off 250,000 squiddies and a hundred or so drills with EMP's and Foff guns. 😗 Shouldn't be too hard 😉
Ok, these are all my Thoughts. This is in no way a Spoiler because I don't know jack. I have no inside connections. I have read no script. I have seen no special release. I just inferred all this from the clips that we have. Also, I in no way believe that I am absolutely right, or that there is no way I can be wrong. I expect to be wrong on a lot of this. Or at least not completely right. Please, pick this apart. Point out holes. Or if you find things that back it up, Great. Bring those up too. I just put this together as a Starting point that we can all go from. "Where we go from here is a choice I leave to you." 😎 So all you on the core group, please go to town on this one.
Please, have fun with this. Find more stuff, and lets see what else we can come up with.
