Mobil Ave, Hel Club, and Neo

why is the bum/spectator/observer/timekeeper jumping the track at another station 🤨 hm..

Maybe he's not jumping, but was thrown...

He's jumping - It's the same style jump as Trinity does in the first movie when she is jumping across the rooftops 🙂

Sifer> You always notice these things. is the train-station above the same as then one from M1 where Neo and Smith fought?

.....no because on the right of the track would be a wall
unless your suggesting that there is more than one track and the pillars etc are all the same 😖hifty:

Burlyman> You're right! I forgot the wall, and there WAS only one track. Arigato 🙂

if you were thrown in front of a subway, wouldn't YOU flail your arms and legs, trying to get to the other side?!?!

yes ✅

he rises his arms when he jumps, and does a running thing with his legs (like trinity in M1) because its no small jump!

In the trailer shot it looks like he IS jumping.

But the origianl question was why. Answer: To get someone or get away from someone - probably 😉

But if Neo has no power, why jump, why not just attack back?

Could it be that the Limbo-Neo doesn't remember who he is - and what he can do - until he sees, say, Trinity?

perhaps, but that would require Neo to attack the observer before he talks to Trinity...

JediHDM> Who says Mobil Ave can’t happen like this: 🙂

Neo wakes up in “Limbo”, meets little girl and her parents. The Spectator and Mero-goons show up to usher them onboard a train to…(?). Neo tries to intervene and gets punched.
Trinity appears and Neo remembers who he is.
Spectator decides that “NOW, is a good time to get the Hel out of dodge”?

Possible, but i dont think so, and this is why...

After Neo is hit by Spectator, we see him look up, away from the wall, which would be right after he was punched by the Spectator, meaning that he looks up as the doors close, or he looks up to see that the sub has already gone...I dont think Neo sees trinity until after the sub has left...

Omega, that's an interesting idea, but Jedhi has got a point too, idk 😕

Oh yes, definetely (Finally found this thread again).
It's conceivable that Rama Chandra, wife and girl won't play a large role in Revolutions. After all, people hwo didn't play ETM should also be able to watch it without going "Huhhhh...who?"

yes, thats true, however, point-in-case against that is Michael Popper, although that is Animatrix, but same idea...

and even if they didnt play.. its not hard for people to find out what happened extra in the game.. plus its a deep movie with a ton of connections, so I wouldnt put, putting something important in the game... like jedi said the animatrix had a lot of key parts.. and they couldnt expect everyone to watch that

exactly

yeh, i think it was Nona Gaye (who plays Cass) that said, you dont find out as much about the merovingian terminating the oracles old shell, as you do in etm
