Benjii looked at Stephanie and sighed "yes your like us...but we fight and kill for a reason, to survive." he stroked her hair and shook his head. "i know this is something you didn't want, it wasn't something i wanted, it'll take some time to get used to. for more than two thousand years and i'm still not used to it..." he got up and pulled the I.V. out of his arm and threw it on the gorund and sighed. "sometimes i wish i could rid this course of mine. but its permanent...only death can take it away."
Benjii looked back. "i know how you feel...i wish i didn't have to be like this...if i wasn't none of this would have happened. Midian would stil be alive today, so would my family and friends. look its happened and we have to deal with it." he looked around and spotted a shower. "want to clean up?"
Benjii looked down at himself and saw the dried blood. "maybe your right...was kinda busy. wait need my trench, has my eyeliner and lipstick...damn i sound like a girl...well its true tho." he opened the bathroom door and locked it behind them. he took off his clothes and turned the shower on all the way to hot
She laughed and sat on the counter, digging through his trench coat pockets. "Yeah hun you have a lot. Sadly you use more make up then I do... Hmm... That's kinda funny. Oh well it looks better on you then it does me." She folded up his coat and nicely set it down beside her. The steam from the water felt good.
Vrix arched an eyebrow and recieved a wave of head pain. "Thanks 'Lamez. But do that to Kiki again and it will take more than severe wounds to stop me killing ya." He turned to Kiki. "Feels painful to use my voice..."
"Medically speaking," The Medic commented, "you 'should' be dead. Let alone be able to use your voice." 'Lamez finished up and turned to Kiki. Mentally saying: 'Nothing personal, but, my attack was only for my lost staff.' "It will be a while before I can replace them."
Zike sat in the chair beside the oppisite bed and glanced at his old cell phone.
She smiled and responded to 'Lamez. 'Their human how hard could it be to replace them? Besides, you're the only one I trust with my life around here.' She sat down on the bed and guided Vrix to lay back against her. "Rest hun. You'll feel better after you get some sleep." She looked over at Zike and smiled. "A penni for your thoughts?"
((thats screwed up dude))
She smiled and responded to 'Lamez. 'Their human how hard could it be to replace them? Besides, you're the only one I trust with my life around here.' She sat down on the bed and guided Vrix to lay back against her. "Rest hun. You'll feel better after you get some sleep." She looked over at Zike and smiled. "A penni for your thoughts?"
Zike looked up at Kiki and frowned at her strange, archaic, use of language to aske what he was thinking about. Truthfully he was thinking of his old girlfriend before she went psycho, turned into the strangest demon ever seen and arbitrarily decimated his families home in California. Long time ago. He spoke. "Just old memories. Old painful memories." He stood up and walked over the the strangely smashed window and he leaped out. Zike needed time to think. In the seconds before he would die he evaporated and disappeared into the night.
Vrix fell asleep. Exhaustion taking hold, along with the drugs running through his system.
'Lamez noticed Kiki's failing attempts at sleeping and tossed her a box of sleeping tablets. "These may help. Dont take too many. Water or blood? I'd recommend water but, your choice." He then continued to carry out medical supplies. A cool breeze wafted through the ward. The damage that Vrix had done earlier was still there, 'Lamez sighed.
