The sea's begin to boil, the sky turns to fire. Armageddon.
Jak looked blankly at the wall of fire that spread before him in the wake of an asteroid impact. He felt empty inside, which ment, Kiki, his 'blood relative', in a matter of speaking, was dead. With this fact in mind, he screamed as the flames engulfed him.
Johnny woke up. The fire reignited, and the TV turned back on. He glanced at the clock. 10:30! He got dressed as fast as he could and sprinted out the door at 70 miles per hour (literally!) he arrived at the bar at 10:32 and walked in with his head down. He looked around. He didn't see Sandy. (Up to you whether you are still there or not.)
Johnny kept looking then spotted her. For a second he thought about walking out. He hadn't been this embarassed since he was human(which, admittedly wasn't that long ago but still...) A piece of crap idea popped up in his head but he decided to use it anyway.
He walked up with a large cup almost completely empty. He drank it as quickly as he could, then he walked up to her. "Hey," he said "I've been looking all over for you," He felt sick to his stomach for lying like this and blaming it on her, or maybe it was just the alcohol. Either way, he certainly wasn't going to tell the truth! He kept standing wondering if he may have to make a quick escape to avoid her wrath.
She didn't even see him walk up. It took her awhile but eventually she blinked and looked up at him. "Hm? Oh I'm sorry. I didn't know you were here. I didn't smell you... It must be the alcohol. Truly I'm sorry... I guess I'm a bit out of it tonight. Sit down stay for a bit." She smiled and took another sip, thinking to herself 'lying bastard.'
300 years! good lord! she was old enough to be his great great great great grandmother; no, make that his great great great great great grandmother. He tried to figure out the right amount of "greats" when he realised his jaw had dropped at hearing the large number. He smirked slightly. "Yeah, that's funny. I've been around about that long too. Maybe even 400. Who knows?" He laughed slightly, making sure to concentrate on his drink. He could feel her eyes piercing him with disbelief. He trembled a little.
Sharon was quiet for a moment, the corners of her mouth twitching as they slowly grew into a grin. She reached across the table and gently lifted his head so he was looking at her. "Don't lie to me Johnny. I like you too much to hurt you." She smiled and let her hand fall to the table. "Now lets try this again. How old are you and who blooded you?"
Johnny's eye twitched. A sign that he was so nervous, he had suddenly calmed down. He sighed and finished off his drink. "I'm a noob," he said miserably. "As for who blooded me, blooded me? I thought it was sire. Anyway, She called herself Maria. Who knows if that was her real name or not." He stood up abruptly. "Let's walk. I'm hungry."
