i just watched the movie last night, i mean i had heard2much bout the blooody scenes n everything. i watched the movie, its kinda cool, liked it actually. but the blood is WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. 2 much 2 handle. plus it sometimes looks a bit fake.
let's analyze this
Ok so Freemind is saying this movie blows and that it isn't original, correct? What could be further from the truth? The movie is original in the sense that it combines so many genres and it does it seamlessly and beautifully. If you think people consider it original because its "a blood bath" then obviously you haven't seen vol. 2, the second half of the movie. Quentin Tarantino did an amazing job writing this screenplay and it is easily going to be one of the best movies of the year (probably my favorite movie, but that's my opinion)
well i have yet 2 c the second half of the movie. isnt the first movie like 90 min? i watched it on vcd n was just wonderin.
n i was only laughing at what freemind said bout:the people in this movie have somehow gained an ability to talk with half their brain cut off
I MEAN THAT IS HILARIOUS AND VERY TRUE. i mean lucy liu in the end gets her brain chopped off and still she sayz something. i mean the movie was cool, but that part was kinda.... hard2believe. although i must say i only observed it when i read freemind's post
kill bill
Quentin Tarantino has done it againhe's filmed a masterpiece! Both Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 are simply great. Though there is an excessive amount of blood and gore that might make the easily queasied feel, well, queasy, the scenes have some comic element that made a few viewers laugh, myself included. Some of the victims had hilarious reactions to their limbs being cut off (the Crazy 88 in Vol. 1) and eyes being yanked out (Elle Driver in Vol. 2). About 85% of the blood and gore takes place in Vol. 1 alone, not to say that Vol. 2 didn't have blood at all, it is just that Vol. 2 had more in depth stories that gave more flesh to the story of the DiVAS, The Bride and how she got into her 4-year coma. All in all, I'd have to say that this movie is well worth watching and I can't wait for the DVD box-set to come out so that I may have both on DVD. What did yall think about these films?
