its all on metcrawler and I think that someone posted it on this thread awhile back too. first, he was criticized by TFN and the now defunct episodeii.com. that pissed him off so he hacked their sites and downed them for a while. he then sent out solicitations for child pornography in the names of the people who run those particular sites and even started a page where he accused them of being child molesters luring children in the guise of a starwars site. They called the feds. The feds said that there wasn't enough evidence of wrong doing. Mickey was offthe hook. He then shut down his site for a few days and said that his site was hacked too "mysteriously".

crime #2 is his continued theft of fan art from TFN without the permission of its authors and representation of it on his site as either his or official artwork

crime #3 he started a pay premium site full of his own BS and information stolen from hyperspace and TFN. Lucasfilm got word of this and threatened him with legal action. he shut it down. no money was returned.

ASA and Kitta I don't know about because I don't nkow anything about australian copywrite law.

Hey, SS, what are the chances of a Nebar Foxis action figure being made and put onto shelves? Rock on! (SuperShadow: Hasbro says that the Foxis action figure will be released in April 2005.)

Darth Jello, do you have a link to that metacrawler report?

My Anti-SS Site

I'm just posting, about comments made earlier in this thread about my anti-SS site. I put it together to try and collect all the crap that SS sprouts on about.

You see "I" was a paid member of the SuperShadow Premium Area, and I know all about the crap that he posts on his site. My site however was an experiment really, and to be honest.... I got fed up with it - SuperShadow is garbage I know that.

Hopefully, a person is coming to the board very soon. And if he makes a post. - You need to listen to him.

owerr... That sounds interesting. As another duped paid member of SS I would love to see something happening more positive regarding the BS put out by MS.

i was also duped, let's start a support group.

I didn't realize he was a fraud until his premium section mysteriously disappeared. I thought it was mighty strange that a guy with that big of an ego would discontinue it without a single mention of it on his regular site.

SS claimed his shutting down of the Premium Section was because he had enough money and didn't need to run it anymore. How much did he used to charge?? i was so close to signing up to it, i'm so glad i didnt

$7 for a lifetime membership. I thought that was a great deal at the time.....

lets TROLL HIM!

*lights mob style pyre and pics up pitch fork* 😒:

thats ridiculous. i wonder how many ppl he suckered before being shut down.

I never heard any reason for the premium section being shut down from SS, despite several (respectfully worded) emails asking what was happening.

I paid the $7 as I believed the site was being supported by GL, and the fee for the premium section was more about sorting out the "real" fans from the casual web surfers.

If Lucasfilm did order the shutting down of the SS premium section, but did not also insist that the fans who had paid for that service get a refund then Lucasfilm has done the wrong thing.

I am sure no-one participating in these discussions really thinks that $7 is an amount of money worth crying about, but the principles of keeping a known con-man and criminal (MS) off air and doing whatever is necessary to right the wrongs done in the George Lucas and Lucasfilm's name is a responsibility that Lucasfilm has, and should be brought to account for.

Lucasfilm doesn't have the authority to order a refund like that. They could have taken it to court, but the amount of money that Suttle conned out of us is chump change to Lucasfilm and definitely not worth the cost of a lawsuit. They were doing the fans a service just by shutting him down. $7 for each person isn't that big of a deal, anyways.

Then there's the problem of who to send the refunds to. The premium section was a separate web site and anybody with the password and the address could access it. You didn't have to verify your own ID. It would be impossible to prove who actually paid and who didn't. SS may have kept his own private records, but don't count on him being honest about them.

Look at it this way: it was a sham, but it was cheap entertainment while it lasted.

he actually jacked the price to about 8.50 before he was threatened with a lawsuit by lucasfilm

wow. so, whos gonna email this thread to the fbi?

What's up playboy? (SuperShadow: Scoring at will as usual. The cash brings the women in troves.) Pleeeeease respond to this. I have been working on a story and character designs and everything for a future Star Wars trilogy for 5 years now. I have been told I really got something going here. So I was wondering if there's any possibility that my designs and ideas will be used in our future films? (SuperShadow: Yes, your ideas will be given proper consideration when we begin pre-production on Episode 7. If your ideas prove worthy, some of them will be integrated into the plot line of Episode 7, 8 or 9.)

What I gotta wonder is, is this guy just an ******* pulling a huge scam, or is he really so delusional to think that all of this is true?

hes just pulling a scam.

I've got time this week. I might do a little research and just type up a formal complaint
