"I wish to report a con man operating from America, he operates a web site called "Supershadow.com". He is making false claims about being tied in with George Lucas. Some months ago he was taking money from star wars fans (including myself) for direct access to advance information on the upcoming movies.
I believe Lucasfilm forced the closure of the paying member’s area on supershadow.com, but no money was refunded and he continues to make apparently false claims on his relationship with George Lucas and Lucasfilm.
These untruths are not in the vein of being satire, but are a deliberate attempt to mislead the various people across the world who are fans of the Star Wars movies. In Australia we have laws forbidding the deliberate posting of misleading information by Australian citizens, I am hoping you have similar laws in America.
I would ask that an agent perhaps view the online star wars forums - in particular "http colon forwardslash forwardslash www dot killermovies dot com forwardslash forums forwardslash f38 forwardslash t14108 dot html". There are 14 pages of complaints, but after a read a better understanding of the situation might be had.

I hope this helps, I have personally lost money to this creep - as have American citizens. I hope you have the ability to do something about his activities.

Lucasfilm has taken the high road and ignored him. Rick McCallum was directly questioned in one interview, and said it was all totally untrue. He then refused to answer anymore questions about supershadow. If Suttle was streaming the films over his site or something like that, he could be shut down. The guy obviously knows how far he can go.
The FBI... probably not. I don't see why you would necesarily have to show them this forum. They can't really use it as evidence anyway.
You could contact theforce.net and ask them to provide a testimony. I'll bet Kitta and Asa would be willing to help and the proof is right there on their websites (and Supershadows). You might also write to Uncle Jay about it.
I got an e-mail from Uncle Jay a couple of months after the SS premium section was shut down. He was writing about his movie site. I wrote to him and asked what happened to Supershadows website. When he wrote back, he didn't mince any words about what he thinks of Suttle.
People spread false information across the net all the time. The FBI might think that's what we are doing on this forum. IMHO, you would need personal testimony from the people he has harmed before the FBI would take it serious.
Kitta and Asa are outside of the FBIs jurisdiction, but SS is not. He was in America when he stole from their sites and they should at least be able to force him to remove the pictures.
The FBI is not going to care about this situation. They simply have more important things to do. The only way to beat supershadow is to get him in a civil suit. The premium members of his site could sue over the premium site, or a group could sue over the fact that his was paid for their ideas without claiming ownership of any post on his site. There is no way to get the authorities involved.
