Um....okie, here are the ones I remember right now ^^;
Tiger claw. Your thumb is separated from you other fingers. All five fingers are slightly bent. Use this to strike the neck.
Knife Hand strike. With the knife hand strike, your fingers are stiff. You strike the nect with the edge of your hand.
Kicks:
Groin kick: Well, uh, kinda self explanitory...You bend your lower leg up, keeping your toes back.
Side kick: You bring your leg up and kick with the side of the bottom of your foot, swing yourself slightly for more power.
Snap Kick: You face your opponent and bring your knee up. Then you snap your foot up, hitting with the balls of your foot.
Jump kick. Basically like the snap kick, except while you bring up your knee, you jump, and kick.
Running Jump Kick(cant remember the actual name): You run, then jump up. While in the air you kick out.
Blocks:
Scissor hand block: REALLY hard to describe...you use it to block punches/kicks coming at your stomach/chest. You start with your lower arm directly in front of your stomach and horizontal and swing it up so that it's vertical, and your arm swings across your upper body (hope that description makes any sense). Both arms do the same thing.
Upper block: You bend your elbow as you bring your arm up above your head to block attacks to the top of you head.
