Hey judges:
I was talking with Rex a while back about how we're going to do the judging.
He was of the mind that there was just going to be 1 best overall category, which is fine by me. But as for the exact judging method, it might get tricky discussing so many essays and deciding among them. I suggested a reverse point system. So, how many entrants are there? We'll say 20 for the purposes of the example. We each determine a 1st through 20th, and each of our 1st places gets 20 points, 2nd gets 19 points, etc, etc. We PM them to Rex, who adds the toals of the 4 judges, which will determine the order.
Good? Bad? Other suggestions? I think it would cut down on having to confer a ton through PMs to determine a winner, and is rather unbiased toward any of the participants.
