Well, I've quit my job, going to Uni after the hols, so I really have nothing I'm meant to be doing for now...wait a minute, this was meant to be an excuse for why I haven't written anything in about a month

What should the story be about then?

It'd probably be something action packed. I have a bit of an action story that I wrote about a freelancing assassin fellow named Maddock who does questionable things but is overall a good guy. I might post it and see what people think.

I think we should have some sort of competition going. I'd issue the topic, people would write on the topic, and we'd have someone(s) judge.

I am in two minds about writing stories. I'm either gonna write ANOES story which doesn't envolve a band of kids trying to kill of Freddy. Or.. I'm thinking about doing A War story, but what one lol??? Any ideas people on those stories.

Well, four days to my summer break. I've got a spiffy idea for getting people off their lazy asses and writing, if anyone's interested.

Ooooh, I just started my break. I'm officially curious.

I would probably work in tandem with Lana or another writer, but I would come up with a short little snippet that would provide a theme, mood, etc. for the competing writers. Then, they would submit all their entries by the end of the month, and I (and others) would deem which writer has captured that theme best and has the overall best short story.

I would try to do it monthly, methinks.
