Well, normally you have one Assignment in which to confirm changes, Rade.
Ok, Rade, you have been thrown! Thrown three metres, in fact. This means you take 4 damage! You are also Prone.
And eeeeeeek! I forgot to change the Prone rules! Heh. Ok, what happens is now, Rade, is that you get up automatically on the exertion number AFTER Rusky sent you prone. He threw you on 2, so you start getting up on 3- or to put it another way, on 0 of the fourth turn. It takes three exertion to get up, and whilst getting up you cannot attack and get all the problems with being Prone. However, you CAN still act with a non-offensive, non-moving action. It is a good time to use a 'until end of round' power, for example. As it is, the round is about to end, so you would probably just get up and leave it at that.

Fourth turn of the first round!
Rade: 3/4/0 (Prone until exertion 3)
Rusky: 0/5/2

Rade goes first technically, but whilst Prone there is little he can do. Rusky, then, gets the next atack, the last of the round.
Yes, yuo are out of focus, that is the first number.
Whilst Prone, you cannot attack or take defensive actions (unless it is a Path power that specifies otherwise) or move. So sending someone prone really inconveniences them until they get up- but getting up is NOT an action in of itself; it just takes time.
Rade cannot take a DA on that Kick... Rusky rolls +1. But -1 for a Kick is a 14, and as Rade's defensive score is 15, that ia a miss! Rade actually blocks the blow with his feet as he gets up.
Ok, new round, focus refreshes and exertion resets! Rusky went to 5 ecertion- that is as far as you can go at the end of a round without it slowing you down on the next.

Second round, first turn
Rade: 10/4/-3
Rusky: 15/5/-1
Getting interesting now... as we can see, Rade has the lower exertion and goes first.
Oooh... wow, ok. Technically your blow comes before his armoured, Rusky.
Rade rolls +3, for a total of 17. Rusky's defence took him to... 17! A Hit for Rade! Another five damage to Rusky, as he gets slammed with that Kick...
Obviously, the failure to block needs a differenmt attack now from you, Rusky.
