I'll explain (sorry guys) Smith takes over Bane who is part of the human resistance. So smith is in the real world in the form of Bane, Get it so far, In the end they are both in a coma (neo and Bane) coz Neo stopped the senti's and Bane survived a shipaccident. So that is pretty much it...

ok. we all know that smith takes over bane, something that worries me is that wouldnt the operator have seen smiths code (Trinity: "Whats happening to him?" Link: "I dont know" so they knew) while he was waiting for bane to accept the phone call.

also how did cypher jack out from his steak date with smith? i suppose an agent might be able to that, because of that comic where they could find the location..

thats after neo fights the smiths, so perhaps it comes up as a normal person? and the only witness to it being smith is bane

he means when cypher is talking to smith, and he says "i know this aint real" how did he get in and out without causing anything suspicious?
