Neo can’t “see without time” outside the Matrix.
There is an easy explanation. The crew on the Neb do know when the sentinels are about to arrive (the part where Morph says something about the time it takes to recharge, or visit the Oracle, or something like that). So, maybe Neo does know, when the sentinels are estimated to arrive. And somehow read the time it would take to destroy the city off of the Architect or some such, or was told during a scene where Trin is fighting the agent?

After Neo leaves the Architect his mind (=digital self) HAS touched the source, and according to the Oracle has been separated or duplicated or… something. So by the time Neo jacks out after rescuing Trinity he is STILL essentially up-loaded.

Neo was there when Niobe told the estimated speed of the sentinals and the distance they had already digged towards Zion in the meeting. Did this help Neo saying 24 hours? 🙄

The Omega> Neo CAN "see without time" outside the matrix. In Reloaded he "saw" Trinity falling outside the matrix.
