This is a very good one.
I'd say Blade. Three reasons:
1) Batman was able to hold his own against Spawn (although he couldn't beat him.) Anything Batman can do, Blade can do better.
2) Spawn can be killed by decapitation; something Blade is very good at.
3) I think Spawn tries to avoid using his powers too often in order to avoid draining them. Not that he is dependant on his powers.
I've often wondered how Blade would do against a non-vampire supernatural foe.

are you referring to the War Devil one-shot or the Spawn Batman one shot? in War Devil, Spawn's powers werent working and thats the only reason Batman held his own. in Spawn Batman(written by Frank Millar and drawn by Todd McFarlane) Batman needed a power-enhancing glove to even compete with Spawn. without these...circumstances, the writers knew Spawn would destroy Batman.
this is correct, batman is only fighting spawn until he starts using his power, the writers knew spawn could murder batman, but they couldn´t have a story like that now could they?

According to the storyline, Spawn couldn't touch Bats because he was wearing a garb like creatures of the night. Batman used that glove because he said punching Spawn was like punching a slab of granite. But hey, if you got toys, use them. I still think Batman could come up with a way to take him down too.
This fight could have a draw turnout... for the simple matter that it is not going to be easy to kill either of these dudes. Blade may figure out that Spawn will die if he loses his head or is drained of energy. But Spawn could find Blade's weaknesses too, like mortality. Both these guys are experts in the killing field, though I'd have to say, if Spawn killed Blade, then it would be a lot gorier than Blade killing Spawn.

Yeah, he had to use his powers to be on Batman's level and Spawn said it was like cheating, get it right 😎 Batman called Spawn an undisciplined,sloppy fighter. That was a funny parody od Batman though. Everyone know that he's not a hot headed idiot likr Image was making him out to be. Batman still took it to him good.
Did you only read the image version or is that just your favorite? All of your points seem to come from that book. Batman was far more superior in War Devil.
