whatever, batman can only beat spawn if he uses things like his airplane, or batcar, pretty tough artillery (and even if he did this, i have my doubts), alone with his belt and his gadjets, come on, he is a great fighter, intelligent but not even half powerful like spawn, and spawn his a killing machine.

Actually I didn't bring Batman into this but I can see where he and Blade parallel. Oh and besides, Batman is my #1 hero of all time. If you are indeed a Batman fan, you must have stopped keeping track of him after year one if you think Spawn is out of his league.

Whatever, Vehicles and other weapons are only an extension of Batman like powers from hell are Spawn's. Geeze, everybody else can fly and deflect bullets. What's wrong with Batman having an arsenal. I respect a self made man more than a hero with powers given to him.

as in every battle with Batman involved, with prep time Batman would do more than just hold his own, but an off the cuff fight like what happened in the two crossovers, Spawn would demolish him. they had to make restraints on Spawn's powers so they could give Batman a chance. hey Daywalker, did you read the elseworlds one shot Batman: In Darkest Knight? if you have, what did you think of it?

Do you mean the one where Batman gets a lantern ring? It was an interesting comic. Funny thing though, giving Batman powers just doesn't appeal to me. I love the detective work,gadgets and vehicles. I think the best elseworld was Speeding Bullets. The Waynes find the kryptonian shuttle and raise Clark as Bruce. Batman with Superman's powers, now that was wicked. I loved the part where he's flying around in the cave with his eyes glowing red.

Speeding Bullets is an awesome comic and there will be other familiar characters in there with a twist of course.
The whole lantern story really didn't grab me like it should have but you're right, Batman with a power ring? Imagine the potential.
Batman his great, no one his arguing that, and rhe fact that he does what he does withou superpowers is even greater. And the best detictive no doubt here, but when you guys post a fight between batman and a powerful character such as spawn, superman, silver surfer, i really don´t think he can win, off course superman with prep time like all the jla, can be taken by batman.
