I'd like to start off an evil underworld kind of rpg...along the lines of vampires, daemons, evil half-human creatures...you know, like Underworld mixed with Buffy/Angel.

You can create any kinda character you want but it's preferable that you get a pic and a bio set up so it's easier for everyone whos playing around you.
