Hulk is said to have "the strength of a thousand armies. *And* the angrier he becomes the stronger he gets." Notice the word "And." That means that Hulk has the strength of a thousand armies BEFORE he gets angry. Lets say the combined might of an army is about say.... Well, give me a logical figure, them multiply that by 1,000.
That's Hulk's base strength.
lets say each army has about 5000 men sounds fair, ok now 5,000 men x 1,000 = 5,000,000. aight lets say each person can lift press 200 pounds. 200 x 5,000,000 = 1,000,000,000 lb ok 2,000lb = 1 ton

Changed from hulk to war, at his base strength (which would be much greater than savage hulk) wasnt strong enough to stop juggernaut. Juggernaut was pushing him back across Africa and would have continued if he did have power of two universes.

You doubt. That doesn't matter. Just because you doubt he can, doesn't mean he can't do it. You don't know what he can or cannot do. The writers however, do know exactly what Hulk can and cannot do. That quote is straight from Marvel. It's your word versus the writer's.
Actually War Hulk (who kicked Juggernaut's ass) was NOT stronger than Savage Hulk, he was more powerful with the Celestial sword. Apocalypse never said he made Hulk stronger. And please, don't act like Savage Hulk has never beat up on Juggernaut.
Hulk beats Juggernaut, no War Hulk required.

Not really.
The two? There are a ton of Hulks. Professor Hulk could not exceed 100 tons. He is significantly less durable, as well, and does not regenerate quickly. Aside from Grey Hulk, he is the weakest Hulk.
Current Hulk, (a complete merger,) has all of the Savage Hulk's strength, durability and regenerative capabilities, Bruce Banner's intellect, Grey Hulk's fighting skills and street smarts, and some of Devil Hulk's ruthlessness. He is by far, the most dangerous.
