its not speculation its what is said in nigh on every comic when hulk actually is put in a corner. not in a battle with thing or namour where they tie or whatever but in i would estimate at least 50 hulk stories. oh and stan lee, oh and marvel directories . enough proof. juggie felt pain against prof hukl lol. also like i said prove he is invulnerable to all physical pain. he isnt and would be a crap character if he was. olympian my fair minded small willied chimp im saying quite clearly that hulk starts out below many 100 tonners yet can increase ( with limitless potential) in a heart beat when angered . herc cant, juggie cant so potentially hulk has the ability to kick their arses. now go flick your bean.

I understand where you are coming from, he's feeling the pain, but Juggernaut has TAKEN alot of damage in his career, there is nothing but speculation that even says hulk is beating him.

And where did i said he doesnt reach that level when hes angry? Find that post. Potential doesnt spell limitess. He "just" gets high of those levels when angry. Herc doesnt need to because hes already in that level to start with.

Just because 'nothing can stop the Juggernaut(vsHulk)' thread...the funny thing is that when someone else caused Juggernaut to loose control of his powers, even dimensional barriers weren't enough to stop him...
I swear though that in one of the letter pages of a late 300's to early (pre-#402) TIH comic the editor definitively answered this question...but I just don't have the issue any longer and I can't find any one who is a big enough Hulk fan around here (sans myself and I don't have the issue) to revisit old times by doing some massive re-reading. Anyone...?
Also, I thought that the Gray Hulk was the bottommost rung of the Hulk ladder while Professor was the idealized version of Bruce - always Class 100+ though with a much retarded dynamic strength due to anger management.

I was wrong, apparently this occurred sometimes after TIH#419. Though it really just backs up the caveat that in a character's own book he stands a better chance than outside of it (writer's fiat).
And yes, Cyttorak's power, according to Marvel, is limitless, Juggernaut can/could call upon it, and is apparently more limitless than Hulk's.
Another point brought out in another thread is that in "The End", Hulk actually becomes weaker once 'Banner' dies and may soon die himself. Note that he had actually peaked and was becoming weaker while fighting the Avengers after he was separated from 'Banner' (Mindless Hulk).
Wow, this brings up another question...if a Banner-less Hulk is rage-limited then what allows a Banner'ed Hulk to have greater strength? <in the style of the 'Driven' trailers> Is It Fear? Fear of defeat/death? Though whatever it is, it does get the job done...
