Complain all you want. Hulk stopped Juggernaut's claim to fame, which is much more impressive than his so-so strength. Once juggernaut starts moving in a direction there's NOTHING that can stop him. He's said it a million times. Guess he was wrong. Hulk was strong enough to stop him in his tracks and punk him as well.

Hulk has KOed Juggernat is mid 450s Hulk issues. One shot to the face, one to the gut and Jugs was DOWN. Two hits... pretty weak.
Wasn't it only two hits that had Jugs on his back when he was up against War Hulk?
Mindless Hulk is stronger and faster than Jugs. He could potentially kill him in a full blown rage.

Ok, let's get this.... Hulk is the potential strongest... with rage he's strength increases. But Juggernaut has a high level of strength and unstoppable and can't be beaten by brute force no matter how high. That's why Thor negated all those unstoppability of Jugs and beat the crap of him, that's seems the only way.
Hulk work in a physical way, while Jugs workin an anti-physical way. Hulk is stronger. But Juggernaut's FF works over that.
