Also, even when one is holding his breath, there's only so much he can do in that state. But he showed no signs of fatigue during his fight, or even when he ws done and returned to the ship.

All in all, the fact remains that his body adapts to whatever is thrown in his direction, be it suffocation, hunger, etc.

I've already said he can't KO Juggernaut, and if we're talking about the Savage Hulk (not the current version that's been healing from the same burnig injry for two whole issues) they will stalemate 'till the end of time.

Not true, this fight will not last 'till the end of time. It doesn't matter how strong you get, it doesn't make you completely incapable of being ko'd, damaged, or killed. Hulk in his enraged state has been ko'd numerous times by characters who are weaker than Juggernaut. Just because you can continually increase your strength to an unknown or incalculable state, that doesn't bring with it the ability to be impervious to harm.

How is hulk going to reasonably beat juggs?

He doesn't need one, but he has one. In a fight with X-Factor, Shatterstar punctured his eye with a sword enchanted with magic. He bleed like crazy, but healed in a few seconds.

how did he hurt him. and the only time he beat him as savage is when he had that massive psychic backlash and knocked everyone out includin juggs

Juggernaut first has Hulk thinking that he's his father. Juggernaut keeps praising Hulk, telling him he's doing a good job and such. Hulk realizes that his father would have never praised him, and attacks Cain. Cain along with the others is then ko'd by a psychic backlash, due to Hulk's mind being released of control.

You should also tell us how Cain(although he ambushed him) nearly killed Hulk earlier on in the series.

If this is a fight then I give it to Juggernaut 6/10. There always extrenuating circumstances with the Hulk.
