Oh he just nearly killed Thor a few times, defeated a team of an exemplars the Avengers hot owned by, fought Dr. Strange to a stalemate, and others. Im sure that those feats don't stack up to the Hulks.

Thor is all around more powerful, Hulk is stronger.

A two armed classic Thor couldn't do a thing to Hulk and admitted that he was outmuscled. That tells me much more, because it actually makes sense.

You're right, if Hulk is calm the whole fight and never gets angry for what ever reason and Cain is bloodlusted, then Hulk will lose.

However, that won't be the case here.

Both fighters are at the top of their game(bloodlust), so Hulk won't be calm.
