That question was rethorical.
Anyway, if Juggernaut can do it, then he's done a bad job of showing it. Even IF he can do it(which is possible), it would be a less than credible retcon.
Dinalfos was quite correct in his assessment of that old Letters bit. This isn't the first time I've seen it nor is it the first time it's been misinterpreted by Juggs fans.

And though they said he could draw more power where is that shown outside of 2 obvious powerups (Trion - 8th Day when Cain Admitted he wasn't teh one making himself stronger) that hasn't been shown as far as I know.
Though as before this is the chance to bring the proof.
After watching "I'm The Juggernaut *****" I have changed my mind Juggs win just by being cooler.

Ignore that Juggernaut can increase strength with focus and say that it comes from outside help, but Hulks strength coming from another dimension isnt outside help. Thats how the hulk fans see this. If Juggernaut wants to KO hulk fast then he will KO hulk fast. The beginning of the fight he could just focus on killing hulk, if he does that then it will happen. He was focused on getting somewhere and Thor was like a fly to him. This can be proved that he does it all the time because he never struggles to do anything.

first of all juggs is above hulks base strength.
juggs is more durible. and hulk doesnt becum so durible that he cant get hurt in the time its going to take to tee off on hulk.
personly, i think juggs takes it 6/10, but you guys wont even accept one win, so heres how it goes.
so we know hulk becums more durible, with anger, he becums stronger too. ok sure.
we know hulk has tooken some shots by thor, to little to no effect. yes, here now think of something. what was he when he took those shots?
mindless, now how long does it take to becum mindless?

and he started the fight as mindless, and what does he start as in this fight? normal, thats right!!
now lets look at a strength feat for juggs.
knocking stranger down with one hit, and looking like he koed him.
stranger was out, sure he got up, but he was rocked.
and that feat also showed his jumping ability.
juggs strength, matters in this fight, hulks unfortunlatly does not.
sure he can throw him around, but he not taking some serious shots by juggs. how many people have duked it out with hulk?
and saying juggs couldnt is either:
a) fantoyish.
b) underating.
hell rhino has hurt hulk, but juggs cant?!!?!?
so unless you can prove, hulk cant be koed, or hurt when hes enraged, this arguement is over!

Yes Cain can reach Trion lv's. Trion Juggernaut was possessed by Cyttorak to go destroy the Trion, Cyytoraks mortal enemies. What's stopping Cain from asking Cyytorak for that much power to destroy the Hulk?

He won't KO Hulk fast because Hulk will also be bloodlusted. You can't say Cain will be focused for some random reason while Hulk will be calm. It doesn't work that way. ❌
