It's all over if Juggernaut uses a knock knock joke. Spiderman once used the stupidest knock knock joke ever while he was fighting Hulk. This actually calmed down the hulk and reverted him to bruce banner. He was pissed too considering he was being attacked by the Avengers. One knock knock joke that isn't even funny is all it takes. 😬
Still, knock knock jokes aside, Juggernaut takes out Hulk.

Not necessarily, because the Hulk is pretty much immune to the Juggernaut's punches as well. And as long as he's fighting, he's getting more and more durable, and won't tire.
So, I suppose if the Juggernaut got smart, he could find a way to calm the Hulk down....but he'd be hard pressed to knock the hulk out, in my opinion.
Still, stalemate or Juggernaut wins.
