Spitting up blood??? You see you over exagerate things, and anyone who didn't read the comic would get the idea that Cain was mauling Bruce when we all know that is the furthest thing from the truth.
Cain got some good hits in, but as good as they looked, they did nothing to slow WW Hulk down, he was back up in less than a second fully healed crushing Cain's helmet. Cain did not and could not finish WW Hulk off, so I guess that he simply wasn't as great as you try to make him seem. WW Hulk won that fight.
That makes it 3 canonical wins for the Hulk and 1 win for Juggernaut, and only because he cheated while they were in the jungle.
