what do you mean? his Englsih is in no way posh! It's the most "standard" non-posh british around....it's what they call "estuary englïsh"..the englsih spoken by most young people in the thames estuary area and is believed to be the replacement of "received pronunciation" (aka teh posh, queens english) within the next few decades as the standard preferred english....
for any linguist geeks like me: it's kind of RP with some London influences.... and it sounds much better than american or aussie or northern english....though nothing can beat scots 😛
